These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, the user (hereinafter "You") and Foreshadow AB ("Foreshadow") concerning your access to and use of the website foreshadowit.com as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

User Obligations

You agree to provide an honest, original, and independent review or reviews of one or several short films, or any other video, file, questionnaire or other material, on the Site in a format specified by Foreshadow. You agree not to copy, plagiarize, or use the AI-generated film you view on the Site or any other form of media derived from the site under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is the proprietary property of Foreshadow and all films, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by Foreshadow or licensed to Foreshadow and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Sweden, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

The Content provided on the Site, including the films, are for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without Foreshadow's express prior written permission. Confidential Information and Trade Secrets

In particular, the Site will contain various films, scripts, or other materials which have been created by third parties and constitute confidential information and/or Trade Secrets under both local and international law. You agree not to copy, share, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise infringe upon the rights of such third parties in any manner whatsoever. Any such infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law either in your jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the third party-creator, or Swedish courts pursuant to the local laws and regulations pertaining to Foreshadow.
